Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your completed order by 1:00pm. Orders placed after 1:00pm will be processed the next working day. 

If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address or/and contact number that we can get in contact with you. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages after placing the order in case we have tried to contact you. If we have not been informed by the courier of any delays, that is not our responsibility to contact you when we are unaware of any issues. 

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, NOT the date of purchase. All orders are subject to a one day handling time. This is the date the courier expects your parcel to be delivered at the time of booking. It’s an estimated date only and does not guarantee your parcel will be delivered on this date. By placing your order you agree to understanding these terms.

Royal Mail will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Items by the delivery times specified. If Royal Mail cannot deliver your order, it will be taken back to their Delivery Office.

Although our couriers have very high success rates for deliveries (almost 95%), very occasionally things can go wrong and none of the couriers are able to offer a guaranteed service. Plenty of issues, such as bad weather, accidents and heavy traffic, can affect the courier's route and their ability to deliver your parcel on the estimated delivery date.

Missed Delivery & Collecting Your Order

Royal Mail will leave a ‘Something for You’ delivery card when they have attempted to deliver your order to your address but nobody was in. The card explains why Royal Mail couldn’t deliver and shows how you can collect your item or arrange a Redelivery.

The fastest way to get your item is to collect it from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point. Your card will give details of where this is and the opening hours. It will also tell you how long to wait before trying to collect.

Royal Mail will hold items for 18 days, or 21 days if they're international items. If they’re not redelivered or collected in that time, Royal Mail will return the order to us.

If you missed a delivery but lost the red ‘Something for You’ card you can still arrange a Redelivery online. You’ll need to know the details of the delivery, including the name on the item, address, date the card was left and, if you have it, the order tracking number.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, you can’t collect the order from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point without a card.

To keep your mail as secure as possible, we'll need to see proof of ID before handing any item over. Please make sure you bring the 'Something for You' card. Without this you can’t collect your item.

You’ll also need one of the following items:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank or building society cheque/savings book
  • Valid passport
  • Driving licence
  • NHS medical card
  • Photo ID card (foreign national, military, police warrant, Royal Mail employee, NHS or senior citizen bus pass)

If you're collecting your order for someone else, please bring the ‘Something for You’ card and one of the above forms of ID, in the name of the person the item is addressed to.

If you can’t bring any of the above ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to, you can still collect. This also applies if you are collecting an item addressed to a child.

You’ll need to bring:

  • The 'Something for You' card
  • Your photo ID (passport, driving licence, foreign national, military, police warrant, Royal Mail employee, NHS or senior citizen bus pass)
  • Proof you live at the address on the Something for you card (bank statement, driving licence, TV licence, utility bill or home insurance certificate)

Please note Royal Mail can only accept only original, recent documents.

Not Going to be In? Nominate a Safeplace

If you know no one will be in, please leave special instructions upon your order notes or contact us to nominate a secure location or neighbour. If your order gets stolen due to following your instructions (i.e. leave in garden), I'm afraid it is not our responsibility or obligation to issue you a refund. If someone at your delivery address or nominated address signs for your order, they have legally accepted responsibility for its delivery and safety. Once that has happened, we are no longer responsible or obligated to issue a refund if you do not receive your order. This applies only if you nominated the Safeplace.

Delivery to Neighbour

If you are out when Royal Mail call, they will try and leave your order with a neighbour, instead of taking it back to the local Royal Mail Delivery Office. 

If you have not nominated a Safeplace in your order notes with us, you can you can nominate which neighbour you'd like Royal Mail to try first if you're not in by completing a short form at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office. Royal Mail need you come to the Delivery Office to do this for security reasons.

If your nominated neighbour is not available to accept an item, Royal Mail will try to leave it with another neighbour.

Royal Mail will post a 'Something for You' card through your letter-box to let you know. If you would prefer not to have any items delivered to a neighbour you can opt-out. If Royal Mail have Returned your Order

If an order is returned to us due to a customers error (failure to take delivery of the order, the wrong address put in the delivery address or not rearranging a collection/redelivery) then I'm afraid we will have to charge you a redelivery fee of £2.99 as the courier charges us (cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item). A refund of the item minus our shipping costs can be provided as an alternative, but if the error is ours, the item will of course be re-shipped at our cost.
