Terms & Conditions
No contract will exist between you and ClearPharm Nutrition Ltd for the sale by it to you of any produce unless and until ClearPharm Nutrition Ltd accepts your order by email confirming that it has shipped your product. That acceptance shall be deemed complete and for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time ClearPharm Nutrition Ltd sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). By ordering off ClearPharm Nutrition Ltd you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Delivery policy specified on-site.
To cancel this contract, please advise us in writing/email giving the reason for the return as 'contract cancellation'.
For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in England and shall be governed by English law. Both you and ClearPharm Nutrition Ltd irrevocably submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information, product specifications and prices change from time to time, and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies on this website. Please read the information and instructions that come with the products you order prior to use.
Offers & Product Appearance
All Offers are subject to stock and date of validity. All offers while stocks last. Any images mistakenly left up on site passed their offer date shall not be honoured. For verifying the right offers, check the main menu Monthly Offers link. All images are for illustration purposes. Delivered product look may differ to one illustrated, this is due to brands rebranding their look constantly or mockup art only existing for the domestic formula label.
Protection for Credit Cards
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties. If somebody uses your card fraudulently or dishonestly (without your knowledge) for any kind of Distance purchase, you can cancel the payment and the card issuer must refund you. You should notify your card issuer as soon as possible after you discover this fraudulent use or if your card has been stolen.
Limitations On Consumer Rights
Under the Sale of Goods 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 a customer may be entitled to a refund where the goods sold are faulty, not as described or where the seller had no legal right to sell the goods. This right cannot be taken away and any attempt by a trader to limit this liability under the Acts by reference to an exclusion clause or similar notice will be void and therefore unenforceable. Under the Consumer Transactions Restrictions on Statements Order 1976 it is also a criminal offence to display a notice which is so void. For example:
"No Refunds Given"
"Goods can only be Exchanged"
"Only credit notes will be given against faulty goods"
All of these notices are all void and therefore illegal.
All of your information will be saved on your account for future orders to save you from entering this information each time you order. Your details are never sold or passed on to any third party.
Returns and Refunds
At ClearPharm Nutrition Ltd our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with us. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.
If you would like to return an unopened product for any reason, we can either issue a refund to your method of payment, or we can apply an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. The refund issued or in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.
Valid Reasons For Refunds
If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement as soon as possible. Postage of returns in these circumstances must be paid by the customer but will be refunded once the parcel is received by ClearPharm Nutrition Ltd.
If a clothing item (i.e., belt, posing suit, shirt, etc.) doesn't fit properly, we'll gladly replace the item for a different size, but must charge for the new shipping fee and we are not liable to refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us due to an error on your behalf or that of the manufacturer and their size labelling.
Product Appearances and Free Gifts
You are not entitled to a refund if the product you receive has a different label than the one listed used in the product image. You are only entitled to a refund if the formula is different to the one advertised. All images are for illustration purposes only.
All promotional offers such as free gifts are on a first come first serve policy, while stocks last. Once stock has ran out, we will send a suitable replacement. You are not entitled to a refund based on not liking the free items you received since you did not pay for said items.
Postage costs of returns over orders no longer wanted will not be refunded.
Products That Can Not Be Returned
Refunds can only be given for products which are returned to us in their original condition. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used. The refund applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.
How To Return Goods
To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.

We suggest you return your items via Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure that if it doesn't arrive with us you can put in a claim. Please use sufficient packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit. We apologise, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.
Waiting Times For Refunds
Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the refund.
When you are due a refund, most often it is processed within 2-5 business days and issued to the payment account used for the original purchase. If you originally paid for your order using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, it may take up to five additional business days before the refund is reflected on your account statement. Once we have issued the refund on our side, it is then your responsibility to contact your bank, Amazon or PayPal account if there is a delay in the refund showing in your balance.
All forms of contact such as emails, chat and calls related to orders online will be handled during our operating times. Please be patient for a reply if you contact us outside of business hours.
Our opening times are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm excluding Bank Holidays and holidays such as Christmas.
